Service on May 16th, 2018... Jan, Mike and Josh all took great care and professionalism in their service, and in truth, I must commend the entire staff at your Kamuela store.... I ended up choosing this location, because they were hands down the most helpful and professional over the phone, and this includes me talking to the Auto Dealers' staff as well. From the moment I called, Jan was expedient and caring with her attitude and attention she delivered regarding all my questions and concerns. When I dropped off the car, the service techs and managers were extremely polite and amiable. They were excited for my Lift Project on my Tacoma, and we are already planning our next visit, which will be rims and tires... We cannot offer enough praise for your staff at Kamuela. Mahalo Nui! Car drove fine, went in for routine tire rotation now the car has a violent shake. I brought it back and after spending 5 hours there the guy tried to sell me a new set of tires. Terrible.

I went to have a tire repaired, due to a slow leak. Turns out I had 2 tires that each had a nail in them. Since these were close to the sidewall, they could not be repaired. But since I had the protection plan, both tires were replaced. Thank you Lex Brodie for great service and a terrific protection plan!

Today's safety check was fast and efficient - didn't even get to finish my coffee at Starbucks
