I would like to recommend that the Customer Care Specialists be provided with tall, comfortable stools with cushioning and a back so that their energy is conserved for customer service rather than utilized standing all the time. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for just a couple of hours from my call time to get an oil change. My contact information was taken over the phone. My car was taken in as soon as I arrived and the service was promptly taken care of. Everyone was cordial and helpful.
