DMV renewal paperwork was lost in the mail, so my safety check had expired. Jan was able to get me in and out on a busy Monday with no appointment. Jan is always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Will be back again soon to Waimea Lex Brodie.

Lex Brodies in Hilo has been my service center for all of my cars and trucks since I moved here in 2007. Their staff is very friendly, their technicians are very knowledgeable and their service is stellar. I will often work for the week on Oahu or Maui and bring my vehicle in on Monday morning, they shuttle me to the airport, work on my vehicle while I’m off island and pick me up at the airport and shuttle me back to pick up my vehicle. Very convenient and efficient!
