Great service in person. FYI when I called to confirm that the safety inspection person was actually there (my appointment was for later that day), the woman on the phone was a bit rude--like it was an unreasonable question even though that had happened to me in the past. I was a bit surprised by her response, but found out when in the store that the phone is now being answered by a call center and not one of the guys in the store. So guess if I want info in the future, I'll just stop by the store instead of calling!
