Josh is a top-notch employee. I needed an oil change and I had no appointment. When I called to see if it was worth the drive to Waimea from Kohala, Josh reassured me that if I wanted the service, he could “fit me in”. Once I arrived and processed in, he gave me a 90 minute wait time. Considering I had no appointment, I felt it was worth the wait. Low-n-behold, 58 min later, I had new oil & filter! They do a good job as long as you have plenty of time to wait 2-3 hours for a oil change
