They did a fine job on my tire replacement and I think the value is very good. I chose a tire that the reviews reported as being decent for the price. I appreciate the many free checks included in their installation package, and the man who worked on my car was very patient with me in showing me how my pads we're completely worn and explaining why I might have the oil leak that I do and what could be done to fix it (replacing the bolt gasket? next time I get an oil change). I also purchased their lifetime tire guarantee, because there are a lot of rocky roads where I live and I think it may pay for itself.

I was overdue for a safety check on a Saturday and Brodie's was the only place I found, which was open. They took me in right away. It turned out that I needed two new front tires as well, which was not a problem. Additionally I got a complete diagnostic checkout of my car, which was an unexpected bonus. This is why I gave a top rating.
