HANNAH.... Thank you for your feedback. I spoke to our Waimea Store Manager and asked why you had such a long wait. His repsonse was.... they were looking for a special part for your vehicle and had a difficult time trying to locate it on the mainland. Actually, since your vehicle was foreign, the part wasn't even available in the USA. This was communicated to your husband- who said to keep looking. The mechanics can't work on your vehicle until the part comes in. Sorry for frustrations. We really do care. Aloha.... Anita =)

CHARLES.... Thank you for your feedback. If you came in for a safety inspection and we noticed that your tires are worn, seperated or old, we can't complete your safety inspection because it will fail for unsafe tires. It is our job to make sure that our customers are safe on the road. Also, because we are a tire and auto repair center, we must document our findings regardless if your want tires or not. It's about what you need and what is right for the customer. If we did not document our findings and you travel down the road and suffer a blow-out -which causes you an accident, Lex Brodie's can be held liable for not making you aware of your tire situation.
