I called on a day when the Service Department was booked full. Not only the service personnel squeezed me in, I got my car back before the promised time. The experience leaves me with a new appreciation for the expression "a friend in need is a friend indeed". Thank you for going the extra mile when you could have insisted on not being able to fit my car into your tight schedule.

Walk-in safety check took less than the 45 minute estimate. Very good customer service.

The staff here were very friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend anyone who needs service done or there tires changed on there automobiles to Lex Brodies in Hilo!!

They are slow. Guess all you people with all these good reviews lucked out. The Hilo one is way faster. These guys took their sweet time on a lifted truck in front of me and it took two and a half hours to even get to mine and theirs a long line still unto the road. Fast lube? Pffft hardly! Rather go back to their Hilo location where they are fast and professional. Guess you dont get the service you expect anymore from these places even tho they charge an arm and a leg. The reason I tried the Kona location is I was already in Kona on business and wanted to give them a shot. No more. Ridiculous.
