They took care of our safety inspection. No problem. Heard rumors, not true. I've had nothing but a positive experience. My son recommended then. All was really good. A Gecko was in the creamer in the lounge. Funny. Don't use the creamer. I did like the free Kurig coffee. Nice touch.

Mahalo and Kudos to Tim, the technician who immediately fixed my tire so we could make it to Kona in time for my grandson's Special Olympics event (bowling). We are so very grateful for his Aloha for taking it upon himself to fix the leak even after we were told it would be a 3-hour wait, as it was a busy time.

If you can be a little flexible on your timing, they’ll take you for a safety check without an appointment and the obey the customer service adage of over delivering on their promises :)

Although busy, the helpful staffs keeps you updated and let’s you know what your car really needs.
