Stopped by Lex Brodie's yesterday to make an appointment for a yearly safety check. They said they had a quiet moment at the shop and they could do the safety check right then. Within 10- 15 minutes later it was all done and I was on my way home. The staff was all very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Honestly I like how fast the service is but, when they tell you that they filled up you washed fluid and less then a week later it’s empty, that’s straight lying to my face. Not very happy, will probably be finding other places to take my car for service. UPDATE was reached out to by the manager, very nice guy and helped make it right! Thanks for following up.

After my last experience at Lex Brodie’s four years ago - where I paid for 5 tires and an alignment and only got 4 tires and no refund for the tire or alignment they didn’t do (in addition to attitude and rudeness from the then-manager) I was hesitant to ever go to the place again. But I was told there was a new manager and employees and to check it out. I did and will say that Burtis, the manager was incredibly helpful and made my experience - this time - a very good one. All went well, the truck was ready when promised, and the work performed was done correctly. Thanks go out to Burtis and his employee, Israel, for a very professional and successful Lex Brodie experience.
