I bought two front tires and two lug nuts were stripped on one side. They didn't tell me they did this and didn't fix it, but it should have been obvious because the lug nuts were not on all the way. Strange that they would let a car leave their shop with a safety issue like this. I'll be sure to go elsewhere next time.

I came in early for a safety check and was taken immediately. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and gave me great service! I will be bringing my truck in for its safety check the day after my car was checked. I really do appreciate their friendly people and the nice "waiting room" outside! So much nicer to sit in the shade than shiver in the AC!

Service is so rad

My car didn't start one morning so I had to have a jump start and drove to Lex Brodies in Hilo. I was received and processed right away. I had forgotten to put on my mask for covid but they had one available for me. They checked my car shortly thereafter and confirmed that it was my battery and needed a new one. I was due for an oil change as well. They performed the service in a very timely manner, in less than 90 minutes! I was very pleased with their service and efficiency.
