I walked in thinking I had an appointment for my car safety inspection, not realizing that I didn’t call it in. Not until after I was called back to pick up my car that I realized that. They were super nice about it, and had the best customer service! Also, it was super quick! Definitely recommend.

We have had our car serviced here for years. Unfortunately, they have recently stopped working on Sundays which is when we typically had our oil changes scheduled for. Just had an oil change appt this weekend for our two vehicles at 8am and 9am. The first car took two hours and the second car took four hours. Way longer turn around than normal which was disappointing.

It's always a pleasure doing business with Chauncey and the Crew at the Kamuela location. I always get awesome, friendly and courteous service there. I always come back for my vehicle service. Keep up the great work! Jan and Clint Rock too!
