Chauncey was very friendly as well as Professional. A real credit to your company. Originally, I came in just to get a safety check. I hardened my resolve, expecting to get never ending up-sales pitches for items I neither wanted, nor needed. This was not the case. Chauncey pointed out the excessive tire wear on the inside treads of our front tires. Most shops tell you, not show you, and talk you into buying new tires. He gave us a fair deal and made me so comfortable and trusting that I opted for an alignment and warrantee also. Having been driving since 1972, I have come to dread speaking to auto shops. Generally this old dog refuses to learn new tricks. Chauncey is one of only a few people who have made me want to rethink my trust issues. rotation and oil change went through in a timely manner with additional information provided. I am satisfied with the customer service especially with gabby at the front desk. the oil change percentage indicator was still showing 40% so I have to do a search to find out how to reset it.
