Upon arriving, my car had one damaged tire. Malia explained the benefits and risks between replacing just a single tire versus replacing two tires. Since my car is relatively new, apparently it's okay to replace just one tire and rely on the suspension to accommodate the situation. But for utmost safety, replacing two tires would still be best. So, Malia explained the tradeoffs and factored in my possible budget worries. Since I can afford it now, I chose to replace two tires. Finally, the shop did not automatically insist on wheel alignment since alignment check indicated no need for such service.
Thank you for your detailed and positive review, Allan! We're glad Malie provided you with a thorough explanation of the options and their tradeoffs. Your safety is our top priority, and we're happy you chose to replace two tires. We appreciate your trust in our expertise. Aloha... Anita =)
