Frank spent about half an hour with me on the phone talking about tires. I had a lot of questions, and he was happy to answer them all. I appreciate that kind of patience and service. I can only speak to their service on the phone, since I haven't been into the shop in person. I ended up going with a different tire shop that had the tire I wanted, but Lex Brodie in Hilo seems like a good option too.
