I was dismayed at the service. My friend took her car in on Thursday, spent $1600 for various repairs and diagnostics and it didn't even make it two miles down the road before it broke down again and we had to call a tow to bring it back! Then they kept it over the weekend and through Monday and said she'd have it back today, Tuesday. THEY STILL HAVEN'T EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET! They are also aware she is a single mother of a 14 month old, is alone and needs her car. I hope they give her a serious discount for her troubles, because I watched them NOT EVEN TEST DRIVE the car besides from the bay to the parking stall. Maybe a proper test drive before returning it to someone with an infant would have been professional. I can't say they've even been the least bit professional. ****EDIT**** Thank you Lex Brodie's for doing the right thing and trying to make up for your mistake and taking your time the second time around to make sure everything was running accordingly and installing a new fuel pump free of labor charges. And taking off the hidden charge she never asked for or approved to be done. I'm glad to hear you'd reimburse her for the tow too, if she had to pay, luckily it was free for all.

We do apologize for her vehicle stalling after services were rendered at our Pahoa facility and as discussed, Lex Brodie's will reimburse her for the Tow Truck. We know how frustrating this can be especially with a young child. Burtis has been working on getting her Jeep running properly and trying to keep in communication with Jennifer.
