Do not bring car in for an inspection. Even with an appointment it takes more than an hour. They are clear that the technician is working on other things and once they have your car held hostage an inspection is not a priority.

We apologize that your safety inspection took longer than expected. Sometimes we get backed up on the last days or first days of the month due to the number of inspections being conducted.

My vehicle started shaking no matter what speed I drove. I made a last minute stop in and I'm so glad I did. Josiah was so friendly and he went above and beyond to help make sure my car was safe to drive off in! Amazing customer service, and the kids play room was perfect to keep my 2 kids occupied while they changed my tires. We were in and out in no time! Thank you Lex Brodies for everything!
