I had my car alignment done in August. Went to Lex Brodie's in Hilo a week ago to get a tire changed. After I visited there now my car keeps veering to the left. I had the air checked on the tires thinking it might be low on air, it wasn't. So the alignment is all of a sudden off now. That leads me to think that something was amiss when I took my car there. Needless to say, I'm not going back there ever! . Edit: really wish I read the reviews before I went there. It seems that others have had this same issue it seems. I live in Ocean View so even if they offer to fix it, I'm not going to drive back down there. Is rather take it to someone trustworthy. . Edit: RESPONSE Thank you Anita for the offer! I pass on any offer to take care of this problem since I am so very far away from the shop. One thing though, even though your solution MAY fix the problem, and veer towards the right instead, I highly doubt that as my car was not veering severely either way as my car's alignment was recently done by Goodyear and the tires have also been rotated. It's a scary thought to know that previous to bringing it in to Lex Brodie's, the car was not veering either way but after the servicing, it SEVERELY began to veer. I highly doubt that rotating it again will be the solution if you say that it will them begin to veer in the opposite direction. That really isn't a solution either. But thank you!
Thank you for your feedback Lorita. We are sorry you feel this way. You obviously are not happy with your recent service we provided to you. I did some research to see what it was that we did for you. We replaced one tire on your vehicle, but in doing so -we put your new tire to the rear (which is our policy) and rotated you back tire to the front. Depending on the condition and wear of the tire we moved to the front, this MAY be the cause of the pulling to the left that you are experiencing. We will be happy to cross rotate the tires in the front so that your pull will be to the right instead of towards on-coming traffic. Mahalo for your business. Aloha.... Anita =)
