I'm so glad you guys take appointments for safety inspections. I had an appointment but when I arrived the Kamuela location there were a couple of people in line to check in ahead of me and I overheard the conversations about being a little short-handed and estimates of service times taking several hours. When my turn came to speak with the service advisor (D. Ellis), I expressed my concern about potentially having to wait hours for my safety inspection. He assured me that since I had an appointment, my car would be serviced within an hour. Sure enough, I received a call in HALF an hour to tell me my car was ready! Thank you!
