Driving out of the parking lot, I immediately notice how much better the car rode with new tires! And the brakes were better... ah, much safer. However, it was the fixed air vents on the dash board that really made me smile, happy. I know that it was a true challenge... and you were up for the challenge. The hunt was on to figure out how to attach and keep the vents working. Success, YES! Thank you, Thank you.

Did exactly what was needed with no surprises. Up to speed on everything I wanted done before I arrived. Good communication. Seems a little expensive, but when I went back and looked at my records the prices were about the same as the dealer I had been going to for the past 15 years. I'll be back for my next service and future needs.

Great salesperson Josiah at Hilo as usual. Knows the products and continues to show enthusiasm and quality care every time I am blessed to have him service my needs. Frank happened to be there on my appointment day while Joe had the day off. I am grateful to have received great service from him as well. The store is lucky to have someone as hard working and courteous, especially during busy periods.

Love their car wash. They give you a free wipe and a car freshener. And there’s a free vacuum when you’re done. And if ya tip them, they’ll scrub your car a bit before you go in 😉
