I am always pleased with your services. The staff are friendly and very helpful. One thing most people fear is a mechanic shop that tries to coerce them to fix something they claim needs fixing asap. Lex Brodies never makes me feel pressured or taken advantage of. Thank you for that girl that helped me . She worked 5 hours straight without eating any lunch only because of the amount of customers that consistanly walked in and she put the customers first over her. Good job too all the hilo branch staff I clouding the top notch Mechanics.

Since the first time we went to Lex Brodie, we have only experienced excellent service. Especially from Gabby and others, whether on the phone or in person. We were so grateful for the great service we received and continue to receive, and how we were thoroughly explained everything they could offer to us. We would recommend Lex Brodie’s over and over again!

Tony was awesome, we came in without an appointment and he was able to get our tires replaced in a couple hours. Waiting area is very comfortable too.
