The customer service is absolutely incredible and I am so happy with the service they provide. I will continue to go and will not be returning to Firestone. Mahalo Lex and Brodie’s for your energy and making us feel like we are taken care of like ohana.

Tiana was extremely helpful with my sons vehicle. He had gotten a flat tire and then drove on the rim so we had to find a new rim which took a while. She told us where to get one and was patient as we waited for it. The mechanics did a great job and even a detailed report on what all needed to be worked on aside from the tire. We had a great experience. They were even able to help us on the weekend!
