We came to Lex Brody’s around 3 pm on Thursday after the drive belt on my car started melting down. We’d been to six other places who all said they couldn’t work on it till the following week. LB couldn’t work on it that day, but because we were only in Hilo for the day from the other side of the island, they said they’d do it first thing the next day. It was good to go before noon, and we drove home with all our problems taken care of. The staff in the office had aloha and concern for our being stuck without our vehicle and did everything they could to help. Mahalo!

My tire pressure sensor light was on even after I set the proper pressures and reset the system. It was a Saturday and they were super busy, but John still took my car in. Not only that but they were able to replace my tire pressure sensors and at a fair price! All this on a Saturday and without an appointment. I am very pleased and thankful.
