The team at the Kilauea Ave. shop are all awesome. Regardless the problem with my vehicle, they have helped resolve it every time. I highly recommend this shop and team. Mahalo!

Well this will be the third review and I am happy to do it I got a text from them and I would be happy to do it because honestly I am ecstatic at the quality of service that I got on the last minute 5:00 in the afternoon and super kind super funny price was comparable to the other places but the other places which I had gone to two prior or a joke people were fighting to get their cars off of the rack people would just we're not happy the people behind the counter were tired everything was a disaster at these other places and these guys I walked in and it was just good vibes from the second I walked in from before when I spoke to them on the phone they said come on over it's 10 minutes to 5:00 no problem come on in and they hooked it up they helped my stepdaughter out and got her a new tire for their car and totally helped us out I can't say enough about it Dan the Man Nikkole and Dwayne I think that's how you spell everybody's name but regardless they were awesome honestly I don't write reviews all the time but I am in the hospitality business and I know when I see good service thank you Lex Brody and crew

After traveling I found that my annual Safety Inspection was expired. I went to a couple of places to have the Inspection to be completed. One was closing for the day and the other offered an appointment for two weeks from now. When I arrived 1/2 hour before closing at Lex Brodies Hilu, they were very kind in helping me. The Inspection was completed satisfactorily in a timely fashion. Thank you to the professional and friendly team members.

Okay I'm going to tell you all about my experience at Lex Brodie's tires in Hilo Hawaii the one on 1095 Kilauea avenue. I'm new to the island I don't know a ton of people but I am a people person anyways I ended up going to Lex Brodie and had the best experience Nikkole Dan the man and Devin Allstate after 5:00 everybody wanted to go home everywhere else I ended up going to Firestone for 1 second and there was a total drama going on with the guy saying give me my damn truck back what's the original tires on it and I was like oh boy I better get out of here and so I called him up after already calling him and saying I'm just going to go to the one that's closer to me and then I called him back and said can I still come see you he said sure come on over and they took such good care of me put the tire on there we're so kind funny had jokes and we're just amazing if you all need some tires come over to Lex Brodie just the vibe alone is worth it let alone good service fast no fuss no muss thank you guys from JB Turner
