Great service

Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt bad for the woman working at the counter as she was dealing with a rude customer and I thought she did a good job being professional with him. I recived great service. I like that you can go in for free services like flat tire repair, rotations and such. I did buy 4 new tires so I don't know if that applies for all things. I like how they look over your car so you know if there is something that needs fixed. I had price shopped online and found these tires for a good deal. I've used two other tire centers in kona and I prefer this shop for price and good customer service. Also they have a nice waiting area with a/c, free coffee and water. I'll definitely be coming back here for future tire needs.

Daughters had a flat tire, knew Id have to replace 2 tires(replaced 2 in Oct @ Kilauea) and Steve hooked me up and very relieved! Awesome!

My van started having problems when I was driving it into town. I took it to Lex Brodies in the morning. I didnt have an appointment. I was really stressed out, because I had to drive my Senior citizen mother, across the island to Kona, for a doctors appointment the very next day. I just want to THANK the crew at the Pahoa Lex Brodies shop, from the bottom of my heart, because they worked on my vehicle for a few hours, in order to diagnose the problem. They even went on a test drive with me. They isolated the problem and gave me a detailed quote. Normally, when I receive EXCEPTIONAL service from a company, I make it a point to thank the employees and the mechanics (because my Father and Grandfather, were both US Navy auto and ship mechanics) I know how much work, knowledge, training & time, goes into working on engines, (especially these newer closed transmissions) This shop, really does honor their commitment to working with their customers in a fair and consistent manner, and I really do appreciate that when choosing mechanics to work on my vehicles, because its a huge investment and as a single mother, caring for my own aging mother, I cannot afford to have my vehicle break down on the road. In Alaska, I had the same mechanic, for over 20 years, until he retired and I gave him ALL of my business. I always prefer to have one shop or one mechanic, touch my vehicle anyhow. Ive heard mixed reviews from a few locals about going to Lex Brodies, but from what Ive seen, I think they are a wonderfully run shop and their employees truly care about their customers. I will definitely be bringing them my business for as long as I live on this island. Thank you, so very much, for truly caring about your customers. That kind of heartfelt service, is VERY hard to find these days.
