Iva Mata is always friendly, and Knowledgeable! Tech Todd Matthews did a thorough inspection of my car, unfortunately the the 3rd brake light assembly disintegrated, and a new bulb, couldn't be replaced. Sincerely, Brian S .

The customer service representative had to arrange for a tire to come from the Kamuela store. Helped to follow up to make sure the tire was shipped to Hilo. Service was fast in getting the tire and then to mount the tire.

Had a nail stuck in my tire and losing pressure fast. Called lex Brodie’s 45 minutes before they closed and they were willing to take me in to repair the tire. Great service and excellent technicians. Always get my tires changed and serviced there

This team is amazing. Went in to get 2 new tires but ended up getting all 4 just to make them all new . Didn’t realize they do a full car check. They said the windshield wipers were worn so they replaced the entire arm, not just the rubber blade, and it turned out to be the best wipers I’ve ever experienced - great quality and wipes squeaky clean. And they recommended replacing engine filter on next service but I got them that day. I am so happy with the quickness my car was done and the attention to service. And they have great warranties - definitely a returning customer!
