When they changed my tires, they accidentally broke my fancy double dog leash with built-in shock absorber. I took it in and showed it to them, they said just buy a new one and bring the receipt in. So they get five stars for customer service, with one star deducted because they broke something and didn't tell me.

The store is beautiful and comfortable, and the employees do a superb job. I am riding so much more confidently knowing I have had such good service. Mahalo!
