They had a snafu but made us feel valued by addressing what became a long wait. Friendly staff and very understanding as we had to reshedule the first time because Amazon sent us one wrong size!

Lex Brodies Tire are are honest hard working people who are interested in doing the best job possible. They honor your patronage by being honest. They tried to install tire inflation sensors but couldn’t get them to work. Later a Dealership found them to be not functioning. So Lex ,who only charged for the parts, refunded the parts charge. Thank You, Lex

Went in for a tire rotation and was called back in a timely manner. Was also given a list of deficiencies that were found during the inspection. I opted to take care of the issues myself and was not pressured to have it done there.

Great service. In one day and received good advice on new truck tires, they were brought in from another shop in one day and installed the next.
