Was in need of a new vehicle battery on a Saturday as my vehicle battery had gone bad. Called the Pahoa location and although was told they were booked, was also told if could get there quickly, they would work me in as best as they could before closing. Got my car jump started and was able to drive to the shop. When I arrived, they were ready to sign me in and was told about an hour's wait. Went to the waiting room and 15 minutes later, they came and said my car was finished. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much for your assistance, especially on a weekend.

Super easy, I made sure they had my tires online and requested an appointment online. The call center called me right back and they got me in the next day. The lobby was nice and cool while I waited and the prices seemed fair. The staff there is the best part, they are all pretty cool!

My lawnmower tires went flat and I brought it in to the Wiwo’ole location. Malie was courteous and busy, but I didn’t wait long before being helped. The asked if I was willing to drop the tires off and they will charge them out once a technician freed up and within an hour, they called me back. Price was very reasonable. Now no moa excuses, I gotta do my yard. Mahalo! 🤙🏾🤙🏾

I brought my car in a day earlier than my appointment. They change 2 tires and I was out in about 2 hrs w/o appointment. Quicker than costco!

Defective Tire with bulge bubble on sidewall- replaced under warranty, but still had to pay towards replacement since tire used 2 years but low mileage before reporting defect. Was incorrectly charged $100 and paind... but after inquiring correction was made and refund provided with end charge at $33. Thanks for helping me- didn't feel safe driving any longer with potential of tire popping- much appreciated !
