I only go here to properly dispose of dirty oil!

I have been going to the Pahoa Lex Brodie’s for over 8 yrs. I have always found them courteous and fair when it comes to my now 5 cars (past & present) which they have been my ‘go to’ maintenance and service location. If I ever encountered a problem or issue, they have always been more then courteous and very professional. Love the new recent email they now send out,, breaking down the service done and which also has pictures whenever addressing a topic.

Nice, friendly service. I appreciate them calling me when they found an issue with my sons truck. While it wasn’t a major issue now it was one I was not aware of and could have potentially become a dangerous issue in the future. They didn’t try to over sell me just gave me complete facts about what they found and how they could fix the issue for me right then and there so I didn’t need to worry about it later.

The staff at Lex Brodies in Kamuela make it such a personal experience. They’ve stayed there for many years and know you and take good care of you.

Took my car in for a Transmission Flush, Great and Awesome Service

From my initial phone call from the road, when I saw my "check engine" light came on, I had excellent service. Clint Cariaga answered my call, set up an appointment for me within 2 days, checked me in, spoke to me about the findings after Diagnostics was performed and was at all times, professional and respectful. I was able to add my safety check, oil and filter change to my service also. No complaints, just accolades from Clint to Joshua my technician.
