Jan was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. The only thing I think needs improvement is the lack of eye contact or any other kind of acknowledgment that there is a customer in the store. A “I will be with you in a moment is good.”

We take both our vehicles to Lex for safety inspection, oil change, tires and always they are courteous and honest. Great team in Kamuela!
