I showed up first thing in the morning to to get a simple oil change and tire rotate / balance. I was sent to their drive through for my service, who then informed me they don’t balance tires… after I was already trapped into their line by other vehicles. So I ended up having to go back to the original shop and waiting well over an hour for my balance. Make sure you triple check before letting them direct you anywhere. The service done on my vehicle is always okay, just don’t appreciate the wasted time.

The Lex Brodie's Tire employee who sent you to the Fast Lube should have listened more carefully to what you needed or asked what you wanted done so they could have your vehicle serviced in the correct location. Our Fast Lube does not do Tire work because it would tie up the line too long. All tire work needs to be done at the Tire Store. The Tire store could have done both your oil change and the rotation and balance within the hour. We apologize for your long wait and unneccessary frustrations.
