I requested an appointment online for an oil change/tire rotation and got a call back that day by the friendliest ever gal, and she booked me on the day I requested for drop off (which is perfect for me, actually). Upon arrival at 7, Travis got right to work with the line of folks and Josh immediately saw how many people there were and came out to open another line. Both of these guys are fast, efficient, and know what they are doing! I love working with the crew at Waimea's Lex Brodie. Josh was super helpful, followed up with a call to confirm the price, then later with a text to let me know the car was ready. Awesome customer service! He also went over my upcoming needs in detail and got me checked out quickly. Thanks for a super day, Josh!

Love working with the Lex Brodie front agents and repair service personnel. I’ve been coming to them since I moved here and found them to be reliable and easy to work with. Also location is in town so i walk around and do errands.

Even though the shop was quite busy my car was attended to in a timely manner. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

The team at Lex Brodie’s is wonderful. I completely trust them with all things car related. I am 72 and what I know about cars is minimal. I rely on Lex Brody to alert me when it is time for service, and I when they service my car, I ask them to check for anything else that might be needed. My car is a 2019 Subaru, and Lex Brody has kept me in tip-top shape.
