I requested an appointment online for an oil change/tire rotation and got a call back that day by the friendliest ever gal, and she booked me on the day I requested for drop off (which is perfect for me, actually). Upon arrival at 7, Travis got right to work with the line of folks and Josh immediately saw how many people there were and came out to open another line. Both of these guys are fast, efficient, and know what they are doing! I love working with the crew at Waimea's Lex Brodie. Josh was super helpful, followed up with a call to confirm the price, then later with a text to let me know the car was ready. Awesome customer service!
