From the first contact via phone for an appointment to the end of the service the following day, I have been nothing but impressed. Very professional attitude at check in with Josh. Communication was top notch. The pricing for service was fair. The alignment service was done in a timely manner.

Jan has consistently welcomed us, making sure we are taken care of. The shop has delivered only top quality service in the ten years we have known them. Recently, we were in a spot, driving a reclassified truck from DMV to Kapaau. Jan saw that we needed an unscheduled safety inspection and fit us into their always over-full schedule. These are not just mechanics for tires, suspension, etc. They are neighbors and friends.
