I would like to compliment Jan Boneza on her customer service. I had my insurance information on my phone and we had some difficulty in printing off a copy. Ms. Boneza made it happen even though took several tries.

UPDATE: Great customer recovery. They followed up and when I was back today, I arrived earlier than my appointment and they were on it. Appreciate the effort mahalo folks! Made an appointment 2 months ago to change tires. When I arrived was told 90 mins - 2 hrs. Vehicle sat for 90 mins before they even brought it in. Why have an appointment? Wasted almost 3 hours. Watched them move slower than if they were on a break. Overpromising and underdelivering is bad business.

Jan and Josh took wonderful care of me. I was provided a very thorough report addressing every one of my concerns. Peace of mind is priceless. I’m going to get a new tire when I go to Hilo on Tuesday and then budget for my brake needs. I am so thankful to know my car needs more of a maintenance than more so yes, mahalo nui loa. Your time, and consideration, are much appreciated.

Prompt. Pictures of what needed replacing. Serviced within 2-3 hours as they said. Follow up with a call and email too. I appreciated everyone that helped me.
