Customer service to the max!! I spoke with Jesse re: my flat tire. After providing me the quote, I told him I didn’t think I should drive my car to Lex. Jesse offered to assess the situation. Within minutes, he and another associate came by, inflated the flat and drove my car to your location. In less than an hour, Jesse called to advise the repair was complete and ready for pick up. Closing out with Jan was breeze. Thank you all for an exceptional experience!
