Excellent service. They changed out my spare with a new tire in less than 30 minutes.

They did a fine job on my tire replacement and I think the value is very good. I chose a tire that the reviews reported as being decent for the price. I appreciate the many free checks included in their installation package, and the man who worked on my car was very patient with me in showing me how my pads we're completely worn and explaining why I might have the oil leak that I do and what could be done to fix it (replacing the bolt gasket? next time I get an oil change). I also purchased their lifetime tire guarantee, because there are a lot of rocky roads where I live and I think it may pay for itself.

No organization. There is no reason to run a business so poorly. It’s like they are striving for an experience as frustrating as the worst time you ever had at the DMV on mainland. If so, they are killing it. When I come in for a new tire, why is it that I need to make an appointment to have the tire on the other side checked? This is a tire place. You’d think they would be equipped to look at two tires on one car all in one visit. Waited all day long for the first tire to be replaced. I ended up taking the new tire and putting it on myself. I’d rather visit the Pahoa DMV any day.
