Friendly, fast service

They were pretty busy so I was told an hour and a half to get a tire replaced. It was Monday so understandable. They finished and I left in under an hour. Price was good, service was great, and hassle free. Aloha!

I've been a customer of Lex Brodie for years. I trust them and have gotten great service from all their outlets. Pahoa is my main store, but I've used Hilo and Waimea as well. Each facility were outstanding.

The staff are excellent! I needed a safety check and wiper blades replaced. The first time I arrived the shop had no power. I was told it might be on any minute or not at all. Next day I was honestly told that it would be a long wait and an appointment for the next day would probably be best. When I arrived, the employees were efficient and even used the wiper blades I had purchased earlier. Because I did not have an emergency, I appreciated the honesty.
