Friendly staff good customer service!!

Staff are friendly, competent, caring. Work is done quickly and professionally. No complaints. There aren’t a lot of places in Puna for tires, auto repair, etc. So they can get pretty busy. But staff never loses their cool, and seem to do their best to listen and to attend to their customers’ concerns. Recommended!

Personnel very friendly, professional and accommodating; work done in reasonable time, especially since I was more than two hours late for my appointment (I did call in that I would be late due to having to await AAA service). Lex Brodie's Pahoa reminds me of the old-fashion neighborhood garage -- a rarity today -- where customer service was primary.
