Good folks in there

I was able to schedule an appointment and John helped me. He was helpful and friendly. Even when I called because I forgot my appointment time. GABBY the technician I spoke with for the service was incredible. I felt comfortable and didn't feel like I was being pressured into doing anything that wasn't necessary. Gabby explained everything to me and was on top of printing and emailing me all my documents. THANK YOU LEX BRODIE'S KONA!

The guys at Lex Brodie's Kona are always quick, good communicators, knowledgeable, and as a group they have a good checks and balances things going on where they fill in the gaps for one another to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Seems like they have the team-work thing down. I love that they give me a printed reminder sticker for when my next oil change is due and that they have all the records from my past visits - it makes it easy for me and gets me in and out faster. Thanks guys!

Lex brodies (Kona) has the best service. Went through every little details that my car needed service for that i never knew needed service at all. Applause to the service team! Job well done.

Awesome service! Had an unexpected nail in my tire and they got me in the same day a couple hours before closing, was able to patch it up no problem and even waited until after closing for me to come and pick my car back up!

On April 27, 2023 I took my Chevy Avalanche to have a tire repair. I got there at 0655 am and Customer Service MATA welcomed me and opened the doors promptly at 0700. She took my request of what needed to be done on my car. After waiting approximately 20 minutes my car was repaired. What service and friendly personnel you have at the Kailua-Kona store.
