Had a tire with a slow leak and attempted to address it where I normally service my tires, they were booked with their next opening 3 days away...no can! Searched online and decided to drop in at Lex Brodie's, Kailua-Kona. I received same day service. Shout out to Gabby who provided friendly and efficient customer service! This young man has impressive communication skills! He made me feel confident my car was in good hands. I later received a phone call and email that my car was ready for pick up. Super impressed w/ the email link as it provided photos of my vehicle, tire damage and repair w/ a detailed explanation.
