They did my bfs 1999 honda accord tires but wen he goes 60mph his steering wheel shacks

HELLO Kristin, Thank you for your BF business. Have him bring the vehicle back to our Kona Store and let the technicians check out his tires. One of the tires may need to be re-balanced or something else might be causing the shake. If he bought the tires from us, there is no charge for LEX to look at his tires. Mahalo again! Aloha.... Great job, fast, efficient and friendly. The entire team is well prepared and know the job. Very pleasant experience every time. The manager noticed that my inspection sticker was about to expire and asked if I wanted it taken care of. It saved me a lot of time to be able to do everything at the same time and place.

The "Fast Lube" service is GREAT! Very thorough in what they check and review with customer at end. Fast and reasonably priced!

Price was good, initial phone service from Kamu was excellent. Sadly, a different person did our intake, quoted 2 hours, took just about 4. Also, we asked to keep one of our old tires as a spare, had to ask for it after checking out. Still waiting on it now. Came in about 11:45am. It is now 4:10pm.

Amanda, Thank you for your feedback. So sorry about the L-O-N-G WAIT! I know sometimes they get so busy that tire work gets backed up. Since you posted this reveiw, you'll be happy to know that we have increased our staff to accomodate the amount of customers we see. Again, we aplogize for taking so much of your time. Aloha....
