From when I walked in the door, I was greeted with courtesy. They listened to my request and checked to ensure they could assist me. Once determined they were able to do so, they handled it in a professional and timely manner, all the while keeping me abreast of the progress. The mechanic went an extra mile in letting me know what he did and even gave me additional information which helped a lot.

My car had to be towed to the Kona Lex Brodie's for a flat tire and dead battery after sitting for over a year while I was on the mainland. I did not have an appointment but was able to leave my car overnight so that they would have ample time to squeeze me in. To my surprise, just a few hours later, I received a call that my car was ready for pick-up. They were able to send someone to pick me up. I was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend the Kona Lex Brodie's to my neighbors.
