Was taking friends to airport. Battery dead. Got a jump. Went to LB from the airport. Waited 45 minutes until open. They were booked. They got me out in an hour. Service manager a stand up guy!!

Tiana Jelf was so helpful with my flat tire. She is essential at the location. I observed her even fixing the loose toilet seat in the women's restroom. Give her a raise.

I took my car in for a check up and an oil change. Was told it would be about an hour and a half and that ended up being a really good estimate! (Not like another place that told me an hour and three hours later I was still sitting there waiting…) wanted to have my safety inspection done but couldn’t because my insurance card wasn’t the current one but Emerald was super nice about it. She apologized for them not being able to do it (totally not their fault) and told me what hours they did the service inspections and that I could just walk-in with no appointment. I went back today and Emerald was just as friendly and helpful as she was on Saturday. The prices are reasonable and everyone I encountered was awesome. I’ll definitely be taking my car there again!
