Over Labor Day I went online to see if they had the BFG's I was looking for, they were out of stock almost everywhere including online. They DID have them! I booked an appt. for this Wed and got a call from "The" Anita (radio commercials)!!!! She saw my work order, the tires were at the other Hilo location but they may have been transferred already. They WERE even the stores were closed on Monday. Not only that I was able to get an appointment today. I asked about the BFG tradesman program and she found me the best discounts possible for what I was looking for, and helped me to apply for them on the BFG website. It took quite a while but my rims needed a really good buffing before pressures could be held. No extra charge and they apologized for the long wait. No biggie, had a chance to talk story with Anita and the staff. They were very professional and noted some of the other items that will be needing maintenance. I was already aware of those but it was nice they noted them. I in no way felt like they were "fishing" for more work, were very respectful and trustworthy. Excellent customer service all around. The mechanics also appreciated the upgraded brakes and rotors I installed a year ago. My truck is a true work truck and I maintain it like my life depends on it because it does. The e-mailed report with pictures was great, you can really see what they were looking at so they can discuss with you similar to a doctor patient relationship. Respectful, honest, and not trying to uncharge. We also use Lex Brodies for my State vehicle and they have always been great explaining stuff and working with us. If I had extra $$$ I wanted to tip the mechanic mounting my tires because he had to clean and grind all 5 rims!!!
