Anita answered the phone and instantly remembered me from months ago. Right away I felt so at ease. I had two tires maliciously slashed so her professional yet so very personal manner, well she was a God send. I told her that I felt like I just got a big honi hug. I ended up coming to this location where she was on site. She actually came out and gave me that much needed real hug. Like what!!!! I’ve always loved Jan in Waimea and the guys from the other Hilo store have always treated me like family. This day we were family. Ohana, and customer, for life. Give that girl a raise haha.
