This staff was SOOOO helpful accommodating our issues getting to and from the airport and was very understanding of our additional family crisis which required special consideration for retrieving our truck in a timely manner. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

The customer service staff and auto technicians are professional and friendly. I drove up, talked to the shop rep and the service technicians were able to address my vehicle alignment concerns. They inspect my vehicle’s alignment making sure everything was okay. The technicians were awesome, they were fast and thorough. I’m really happy they could fit me in on a short notice. I’m very satisfied with their service. I drove home feeling happy and relieved knowing my vehicle was good to go. A print-out was also given to me as proof that the alignment passed and for my vehicle maintenance history. Thank you Lex Brodies Tire, Hilo, HI.
