You know, I retired from Hilo motors in 2008, and had the taste of lex then! Short and sweet, it hasn't changed! Fast follow up, excellent communications, paperwork friendly but most of all kindness and compassion! Thank you team members, its alway a pleasure !

Frank spent about half an hour with me on the phone talking about tires. I had a lot of questions, and he was happy to answer them all. I appreciate that kind of patience and service. I can only speak to their service on the phone, since I haven't been into the shop in person. I ended up going with a different tire shop that had the tire I wanted, but Lex Brodie in Hilo seems like a good option too.
