Had my wheels aligned on my Tacoma last week. Made an appointment via phone, went in, sat and waited for about an hour, and it was done. Nice waiting area with tv and coffee. Staff was friendly and I was happy. Alignment was around $90. I've been using them for oil changes and will also now use them for alignments as well. Appreciated the nice clean and cool waiting area and am happy to see this formerly vacant old GM car sales complex once again being put to good use.

Just got my car back after service and I wanted to say mahalo to Tiana and the staff there at Hilo Lex Brodies. I had dropped my Subaru off Friday to get some oil leaking taken care of; when I picked it up it was running a bit rougher than we started with and the tech said yeah it seems to be miss firing a little. So I got it back to them today Monday and they took care of it right away; so good just some wires replaced that had been affected by the oil leak. They were kind enough just to charge parts only. Good service and fair all around helps this working man keep on the road : ) No need buy a new car and go in debt if I can count on Lex Brodie to help me maintain what I got today. Good job guys I recommend to everyone.Rob out at Pahoa side

We spent a ton of money on tires here and then Everytime we need a leak repair they just want to pass it off with filling the tires. When we insist on getting them inspected and fixed it takes 3-4 hours. One time they claimed to have found no problem and just filled it only to have it flat again the next day. Will not buy tires from them in the future. The quick lube side has always been great though.

Hello Marileigh, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if you felt that we were not getting the job done and getting it done in a timely manner. It's not our intent to keep our customers waiting and we try our best to get everyone out in a timely manner. A 3-4 hour wait is unacceptable. Not to make excuses, but often times we can't find the leak. We try our best to use soapy water to detect where the air is leaking from and to no avail. Other issue that may be causing the air leak are a faulty valve stem, rust on the rim or the bead needs to be resealed. It's unfortunenate that you had to experience this and we apologize for not meeting up to your expectations. Thank you fo ryour business and thank you for using the Lex Brodie's Fast Lube. Aloha.... This place is awesome!!!!exceptional customer service and extremely efficient. I went in for an oil change and within 10minutes they completed the job as well as changing air filter, which they werent to pushy about it, they just informed me that it needed to be changed and allowed me to make the decision on my own. Thank you lex brodies!!!!

Amazing customer service exists at Lex Brodie for this damsel in distress. I pulled into Island Naturals shopping center and I accidently drove over a curb and punctured my tire. I did it good too with a huge gaping hole. Fix a flat was not an option here. I had no spare tire. I called Lex Brodies at 5:15 (they close at 6:00) I told them of my tire emergency. They immediately sent 2 guys to my car, jacked it up, took away flat tire while I waited at parking lot. A few minutes later the manager calls to give price options. I select and purchase tire over phone. A few minutes after that the same 2 men return to lot, pop on new tire, grab their tools and leave. This whole process took less than 35 minutes. I was back on the road at 5:50. I felt like I had my own personal NASCAR pit crew. Lol Here's the kicker: they did not charge me extra for service call. Only the price of the tire! I am a forever customer from now on. Truly amazing. The 2 guys (Daniel and Jr.) Gave me a hug and a happy holidays on their way out. �
