Fast, efficient, thorough and courteous!

I called several automotive companies in Hilo regarding AC repair on my Honda CR-V. One company came back to me with quotes while the others did not. Since I live in Pahoa area, I decided to call Lex Brodie of Pahoa. I spoke with the manager, Cliff, over the phone & he patiently listened to my frustrations regarding the high cost AC estimation repair for compressor of what was quoted from the other auto company. Cliff quoted me an affordable repair cost. When I met Cliff in person to have my car serviced, he was just as friendly, patient. The AC works excellent & although they had to repair an additional problem of shredded wires, the price was affordable. He even had staff provide transportation for me as it took 7 hrs of repair. The other staff Ivy & Jared were very friendly & helpful as well. The waiting lounge was clean & I was able to monitor what shows I wanted to see on TV; had ample outlets to plug in my iphone charge. From now on, I'll go to this company for my auto repairs. 1 person voted for this review

The "Fast Lube" service is GREAT! Very thorough in what they check and review with customer at end. Fast and reasonably priced!

Got a flat tire on the way to work. Pulled in to lex Brodies, even though they weren't open yet. The manager, Mike, had just arrived and came up and inspected my tires before he even unlocked the door. He gave me excellent customer service, explained all of my options and offered me a coffee and newspaper while I waited a few minutes for his technicians to get in. The service was fast and friendly and saved my morning. I will definitely be back again. Thanks Mike!

Price was good, initial phone service from Kamu was excellent. Sadly, a different person did our intake, quoted 2 hours, took just about 4. Also, we asked to keep one of our old tires as a spare, had to ask for it after checking out. Still waiting on it now. Came in about 11:45am. It is now 4:10pm.

Great job, fast, efficient and friendly. The entire team is well prepared and know the job. Very pleasant experience every time. The manager noticed that my inspection sticker was about to expire and asked if I wanted it taken care of. It saved me a lot of time to be able to do everything at the same time and place.

Outstanding service and amazingly fast work!I had a screw in my tire. I first stopped at Sears where they said it would take 4-5 hours to plug! I called Lex Brodie's and Anita said to come on over. In no time my car was in their shop. They were even nice enough to show me how badly I had ruined my tire by driving on it flat, lol. I decided that since my tires were in dire need of replacement anyhow, I would see if they could change them out. They went over my options and took care of it in record time. I was out of there in less than 2 hours!Awesome people, awesome place! Thank you, Anita!

Overall experience was a steady Good-Great! The "Uncle" mechanic/Pop of the Shop! Had a lot of knowledge and experience.The woman in the the front Ivy I think.. was very kind and and personable. She was upfront and helped me and my family ID the right tires at a competitive price. Lounge is quaint with recliners, A/C, cable and Coffee! Thank you Pahoa Lex Brodies.Sam H.
